Key order and delivery information
- Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 16:00 CET (15:00 UK time) are processed the same working day.
- Order processing time: Typically 1–3 days (Monday to Friday) from order confirmation.
- Transit time: 4–6 days (Monday to Friday).
- Total delivery time: Usually 5–9 working days from placing your order to delivery.
- Tracking: After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a second email with tracking information.
- Delivery costs: Delivery within the United Kingdom is free.
Damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately by emailing kontakt@savrionica.com, including photos documenting the issue. You may then choose a free replacement or a full refund.
Delivery delays
You should receive your order within 5 to 9 working days. If your order does not arrive within this time, please allow a further 3 days (Monday to Friday) before contacting us. If it still has not arrived after that, please contact us at kontakt@savrionica.com and we will look into it.
Delivery delays may occur during periods of high demand, public holidays, poor weather or other circumstances.
Order cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins. Cancellation is not possible once processing has started. If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may request a return by following the procedure described in our Returns and Refund Policy.
