Shipping Policy
Key order and delivery information
- Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 16:00 CET (15:00 UK time) are processed the same working day.
- Order processing time: Typically 1–3 days (Monday to Friday) from order confirmation.
- Transit time: 4–6 days (Monday to Friday).
- Total delivery time: Usually 5–9 working days from placing your order to delivery.
- Tracking: You'll get a confirmation email with a summary of your order. Once it has been dispatched, you'll get a second email with tracking information.
- Delivery costs: Delivery within the UK is free.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us straight away at kontakt@savrionica.com with photos of the problem. You can then choose a free replacement or a full refund.
Delivery delays
You should receive your order within 5 to 9 working days. If it hasn't arrived by then, please allow another 3 days (Monday to Friday) before getting in touch. If it still hasn't arrived after that, email kontakt@savrionica.com and we'll look into it.
Delays can happen during busy periods, bank holidays, bad weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Cancelling an order
Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins, and not once processing has started. If you no longer want the item after it arrives, you can request a return by following the process in our Returns and Refund Policy.
